HOW TO PLAY THE GAME
Type of Game: improvisatory game
Number of Players: two or more
A leader is chosen to create movements for every measure and the rest of the players copy the movements a measure later. The movements are performed in a canonic fashion. For more experienced players, the leader can combine different movements in a measure.

OBJECTIVES:

- improvise body percussion and perform in canon with a partner or group.
- improvise melodic question and answer using tonesets:
- ‘drm’
- Pentatonic (drm sl)
- Diatonic major or minor scale (drmfsltd’; l,t,drmfsl)
- sing improvised melody with words.
- write improvisations in stick or staff notation.
- write improvisations in any clef or key.
- sing or play improvisation with partners.
- explore other ways to perform the song.
PERFORMANCE
- Improvise and perform body percussion while saying the words.
- Perform body percussion in canon with others.
- Sing the improvised work in solfege and/or letter names in any key of their choice.
- Transpose and perform improvised work in any given key or clef.
- Play the improvisation on any instrument.
- Sing or play improvisation with partner; one to perform the melodic question and one to perform the melodic answer.
